Media director of Leagas Delaney Robin Kent has been appointed international client services director for the Carat Group.Zenith Media has appointed Graham Duff as head of broadcasting. He was sales director at Meridian. He replaces Stuart Nicholson who Zenith have made chief executive of their operation in Hungary.
