Early estimates indicate that several Sunday papers gained sales this week following the closure of the Sunday Correspondent. The Mail on Sunday appears to have benefited most with an increase of 26,000, the Independent on Sunday gained 15,000, the Sunday Express 6,000 and the Observer 2,000.
