CIA has this morning released results; pre-tax profits were up 23.4% to £5.3 million compared to £4.28m last year. CIA’s share price rose by 3 pence this morning to 140p.
MAI has released interim results. Pre-tax profits in the media arm rose from £6m to £29m. This was helped by the acquisition of Anglia TV. However, MAI’s financial arm reported a fall in profits from £28m to £16m this time. The overall result was a 22% rise in pre-tax profit to £59 million.
