Neil Canetty-Clarke will join the Guardian Media Group plc as Group Finance Director from September 1995. Previously Group Finance Director at LWT he will replace Stanley Porter who is retiring. Canetty-Clarke will begin working with the company from June.
The ITC has decided to award the Northern Ireland local delivery franchise to CableTel Northern Ireland Ltd. Of four bids, CableTel’s was the highest at £14,418,188.
