According to an article in today’s Marketing Week, Emap is poised to make an offer for International Thomson Business Publishing, thus taking it ahead of Morgan Grampian in the business league. Colin Morrison, chairman of EMAP Business Publishing denies, however, that ‘any deal is planned immediately’.
