Insight and strategy consultants Ian Murray and Andrew Tenzer have launched a new thought-leadership and training consultancy called Burst Your Bubble.
The consultancy will partner with marketers and businesses to approach commercial and social challenges from diverse points of view.
Murray and Tenzer, who have authored notable industry studies such as The Empathy Delusion and The Aspiration Window, say the consultancy will be powered by “the art and science of perspective-taking.”
According to the founders, Burst Your Bubble’s initial offering will include advising on and creating industry-leading thought leadership for media owners, brands and agencies.
The consultancy will also work to reframe how the industry approaches research and behavioural science, and will help companies build their skills and capacity for perspective-taking.
Murray said: “Burst your Bubble is born out of the fascinating journey Andrew and I have been on exploring the culture of marketing, and supporting people in realising the full potential of their ideas. All of our work has shown us that everyone has bubbles, but it’s what you do about it that counts.”
Tenzer added: “Burst Your Bubble isn’t about changing your values and beliefs, it’s about helping people to embrace multiple perspectives. We’re excited to work with marketers and businesses who want to do things differently and change marketing for the better”.
