All the titles in the TV Listing Magazines sector have seen period on period circulation declines in the latest ABC release for January to June 2008.
The titles also saw year on year decreases, with the exception of TV Choice, which gained nearly 2,500 copies to give it a total circulation of around 1.4 million copies altogether, remaining the market leader.
IPC Media’s What’s On TV followed closely behind, with a total of more than 1.3 million copies, despite seeing a 5% year on year dip.
The Radio Times also remains a top seller despite falling 3.6% year on year to just over 1 million copies.
However, a number of titles reported a significant loss, with TV Easy seeing almost a 19% year on year decrease to around 230,000 copies.
TV Quick was close behind, falling 17% year on year to around 186,000 copies, losing over 38,000 copies in total.
IPC Media’s TV & Satellite Week lost over 6% of its circulation year on year, giving it a total of only just over 188,000 copies.
IPC’s TV Times also followed the overall downward trend in the TV Listing sector, with a 4.6% year on year decline, losing over 16,000 copies, leaving its total circulation at nearly 337,000 copies.
Finally, H Bauer Publishing’s Total TV Guide saw the smallest percentage fall in the sector, dipping just over 2% to around 110,000 copies.

The Soap titles had a mixed period, according to the latest ABC figures, with one magazine dipping and one seeing a significant rise.
Hachette Filipacchi’s All About Soap’s impressive 20% year on year growth, saw the title gain more than 17,500 copies, giving it a total circulation of over 105,000 copies.
However, Hachette’s Inside Soap reports almost a 2% decline, losing nearly 4,000 copies, leaving it with a circulation of just under 200,000.
Despite its percentage dip and All About Soap’s massive increase, Inside Soap still remains the market leader.
Meanwhile, IPC’s Soaplife remained steady, with a slight rise of 0.1% year on year and a total circulation of more than 109,000.
