Bauer Media appoints new digital commercial director

Bauer Media UK has announced the appointment of Victoria Foster as digital commercial director, as the publisher reports significant growth in digital revenue.

Reporting to group managing director of advertising, Richard Dunmall, Foster will be responsible for developing new digital opportunities for clients, as well as helping to shape Bauer’s digital monetisation strategy to help ensure that advertiser demand is at the centre of the business.

Foster brings with her over a decade of digital experience, most recently from Northern & Shell where she worked on the publisher’s digital proposition and structure.

She has also worked within the digital arms of Mindshare Worldwide, Auto Trader, Mindshare UK and Media IQ.

“Digital is a huge strategic growth area for us in the UK and globally, and this appointment comes on the back of increasing demand from clients and agency partners for digitally-centred commercial solutions,” said Dunmall.

“We continue to develop and evolve our offering to help our commercial partners get the very best from our portfolio of multi-platform media brands, accessing our vast data resources, and I know Victoria’s passion and expertise will mean our clients can benefit further from the digital solutions we are offering.”
