Japanese advertising agency Hakuhodo is looking to buy out a number of London agencies as part of its plans to expand in the UK, according to a report in Campaign magazine. Hakuhodo has apparently hired a consultancy firm to make first-level contacts with various agencies which it believes would complement the firm’s existing London office.
