The Sun and the Daily Mirror revealed today the Christmas television schedules, as the battle between the terrestrial channels continues.
BBC1 starts the fight on Christmas Eve premiering the film Super Mario Brothers while for the same time ITV can only come up with Protocol, and later on in the evening Top Gun both films shown many times before.
Christmas Day looks better for ITV having two premieres Dennis and TheRemains Of The Day and BBC1 is showing Addams Family Values for the first time as well as Jurassic Park in the evening.
Films for Boxing Day include for BBC1 An American Tale: Fievel Goes West, Problem Child and Star Trek: The Motion Picture and for ITV Cannonball Run II, Funny Farm, and The Secret Garden.
