Espotting Secures ITV For Search Deal

Pay for performance advertising group, Espotting, has been appointed to provide its search and content across ITV’s portfolio of sites, replacing Overture.

The deal will see Espotting provide its search functionality and contextual advertising technology across ITV’s sites. In addition the group will integrate its listings on approximately 45 ITV programme sites.

Espotting’s listings will also be featured on alongside editorial stories, for example, rugby related Espotting listings will be appearing next to sports stories. The deal will be extended to include any new programmes ITV launches.

Commenting on the deal, Colin Ramsay, head of online sales ar Granada Media, said: “As pioneers of content monetisation, Espotting’s experience and credibility in the market made them our partner of choice.”
