OKTV, the interactive television service on trial in Scotland *Grampian Approve OKTV, is now distributing free handsets in order to boost penetration.
The promotion will be run through the Daily Record and the Sunday Mail, the company is hoping to add around 45,000 users a month as a result of the offer.
