FTYourMoney Gets £7.5m Poster Campaign

FTYourMoney.com The Financial Times group is investing £7.5 million in the promotion of its ftyourmoney.com personal finance brand, the initial stage of which will be the largest one-week poster campaign ever in the UK.

The consumer-focused finance website, which launched this week, yesterday began the campaign, which reaches 8,500 poster sites in the UK. This equates to approximately one in five sites taken by ftyourmoney.

This initial intensive campaign will be followed by extensive further activity including seatback advertising in London cabs and an online campaign on high traffic sites including Yahoo, and This is London.

Marketing manager for ftyourmoney, Catherine Edmondson said: “Ftyourmoney is all about helping real people sort out real issues with their money. The advertising communicates the importance of getting your money under control so that you can pay attention to your life. The communication, like the site itself, takes the Financial Times values of independence and authority to a broad audience.”
