Influencer agency Gleam Futures has launched a consultancy practice, Gleam Solutions, to “mark the next phase” in digital advertising.
The consultancy promises brands a single route to creating influencer campaigns, advising on strategy, creative, talent selection, campaign delivery, distribution and reporting.
“As the industry has evolved, and as the sheer volume of talent has come to the fore, so too has our need to grow, evolve and adapt to future needs,” said Dominic Smales, CEO and founder of Gleam Futures.
“[Gleam Solutions] will deliver effective, creative and innovative brand campaigns through a talent-first lens, to ensure authenticity and creativity come first.”
According to the agency, the launch forms part of a new approach towards the measurement of influencer marketing campaigns, which will “go beyond” focus on followers and likes to instead address core business values – including consumer awareness and consideration.
“An all-new approach to evaluation and measurement will show the industry that no two creators are the same – and that their value should not be measured by the number of followers they have, or the number of likes they accrue from post to post,” Smales added.
Gleam Futures represents influencers including Zoe Sugg, Grace Beverley (Grace Fit UK) and Marcus Butler.
