Managing director of Kiss Enterprises, Gordon McNamee is to leave EMAP after eight years. McNamee is to establish a media organisation specialising in youth television as well pursuing new radio projects. Vince Monsey, MD of EMAP’s The Box music TV channel, will take responsibility for the Kiss TV team. Kiss 100 managing director Mike Soutar will now report directly to Tim Schoonmaker.
