JCDecaux Extends Premiere Brand With Giant Sites

JCDecaux is expanding its Premiere brand with a new range of giant poster sites to provide maximum impact for outdoor advertisers.

The new giant portrait format will eventually be available at more than four hundred sites and will measure 450 square foot in total.

The network will initially consist of five sites across high impact locations in central London, such as the A4 Cromwell Road and the Harrow Road.

JCDecaux claims that the new larger formats will create an exciting opportunity for advertisers and expansion of the network is planned for 2004 across London.

JCDecaux Innovate’s ‘day and night’ printing technique is also available on these sites, providing further creative opportunity for advertisers with two brands where one is more suitable after dark, or for brands with distinct ‘day and night’ creative.

Commenting on the new initiative, Spencer Berwin, group sales director at JCDecaux, said: “After the success of our landscape Premičre sites, we’re keen to offer our clients a new and exciting creative option featuring trademark JCDecaux quality.”

He added: “The Premičre 450s fulfil this brief. This year has been a great success for the Premičre brand with more exciting Premičre launches due in 2004.”

JCDecaux recently secured Eurostar to launch a new outdoor advertising campaign that will form part of a wider pan-European push (see JCDecaux Gets On Track With New Eurostar Campaign).
