The London Financial News, the weekly financial newspaper which launched this year * Weekly Financial Newspaper To Launch, has suspended its publication due to financing difficulties. It is believed that around £500,000 is being sought to prop up the venture, with Chris Anderson, former owner of Future Publishing, being named as a possible backer.
The paper hopes to start publishing again in a week or ten days, though the suspension may be permanent if no new cash is found.
