Save the Children worked with Incentivated at short notice to mobilise support for a ceasefire during the Gaza crisis.

Medium: Full page national press adverts invited readers to join a petition against the conflict in Gaza by texting CEASEFIRE to 81819. A mobile “petition” for Downing Street was set up with respondents’ names and Save the Children followed up with MMS and SMS messages to supporters with images of the relief work in Gaza and an SMS text donation service.
Conclusion: 200,000 text responses were received from the campaign, which was a 409% response rate, and the follow-up SMS request for donations yielded a 240% ROI.
