New Editor At IPC Title

IPC Magazines has appointed Katherine Hadley as editor of Country Homes and Interiors.

She is a freelance writer who regularly writes for a wide range of newspapers and magazines including the Sunday Times, The Times, Ideal Home and Country Life. She has previously worked at the Sunday Mirror and the Daily Express.

It is not envisaged that the appointment will mean a revamp for the title, though Chris Boyd, managing director of the Southbank Publishing Group, said that a “new perspective” will be brought to the magazine.
