New Marketing Manager For Loaded

IPC Magazines has appointed Chris Arrowsmith as marketing and promotions manager for Loaded, Uploaded and the six-monthly spin-off, Loaded Fashion. He has been at the publisher since 1996, previously working on Country Life and the equestrian titles.

“This new role will help me concentrate my efforts on Loaded and associated brand extensions including Uploaded, Loaded Fashion, third party licensing deals, and possible even masthead TV. 1999 will be a huge year for Loaded and marketing will play a key role,” says Arrowsmith.

In the latest ABC audit, July-December 1998, Loaded recorded a circulation of 457,318, a year on year increase of 15,751 (3.6%).

Separately, IPC has appointed Colin Tough as executive editor, business development of its TV Weeklies Group. Tough has most recently been working in IPC’s New Media department.
