NTL has been chosen by The Weather Network to distribute its new service by satellite to cable operators all around Britain. The service begins on 2nd June (Newsline 15/04) and will be delivered digitally via the Orion 1 satellite using NTL’s new all-inclusive distribution package.
The Weather Network will be a 24-hour service offering ‘more than just forecasts’: it will look at how weather affects everything from industry, recreation, agriculture and the environment.
