Thomson Intermedia Launches TV Ad Tool
Thomson Intermedia has launched an online TV ad monitoring system, providing agencies, media owners and advertisers with analysis of TV creative and spend information.
The system, called TV ART, gathers and links data across national, regional and satellite channels, enabling users to analyse TV advertising across a number of categories including spend, advertiser, programme and TV region.
Thomson Intermedia’s sales and marketing director, Dominic Good, said: “The new product is one of the most sophisticated on the market, saving marketeers both time and expense. Advertisers and agencies can now analyse competitive activity and perform thorough pre-campaign research ultimately ensuring competitive advantage.”
The system offers access to expenditure data based on information provided by BARB and analysis of programme buying information. Users will be able to view creative streaming and story boards hours after transmission and can create their own archive of adverts.
