Total TV viewing for the week ending 12/3/95 is up by 1.5% on the same week last year, but down 3.9% on last week’s viewing figures. The combined viewing figures for ITV/C4 were down 1% on last year’s figures and ITV on its own is down by 3.1%.
The top non-soap opera programme on ITV is The Bill, on Channel 4 it is Auf Wiedershen Pet which has 6.44 million viewers.
The National Lottery is the top non-soap opera programme on BBC1 with 17.05 million viewers, which represents a 16.6% increase on last weeks draw. This makes it the joint second most watched programme of the week (with Wednesday’s Coronation Street) behind Monday’s episode, this is due to it being a Superdraw Lottery.
