Viewers Disagree With ITC Over GMTV

The ITC’s criticisms of GMTV do not follow viewers’ opinions, if quality is measured by viewers’ enjoyment. According to a study carried out by Carat Research into attention and enjoyment levels of TV programmes and channels, GMTV is enjoyed by more of its viewers than TVAM, and is steadily improving on itself.

The equivalent figures for ITV and Channel 4 over the same period show a slight decline for ITV, but with Channel 4 faring better.
