Made in Chelsea launches gaming app

In time for the return of a new series next week, E4’s Made in Chelsea has launched a new gaming app for iPhone and iPad, available from today.

The game begins in Kensington, allowing users to explore the area and “progress through” to Belgravia and Mayfair.  As users advance, access will be given to some of the cast’s favourite spots, including a range of venues.

The app also allows players to listen to tracks from unsigned bands, as well as music synonymous with the series.

“Made in Chelsea has a huge following and is E4’s biggest non-scripted success so we wanted to celebrate by creating something equally as glamorous and exciting for fans in line with the launch of the new series,” said Colin Macdonald, commissioning editor for games at Channel 4.

“The result is an engaging game which enables users to have fun and hang out with the cast whilst exploring Chelsea. It contains high quality reproductions of the venues and locations featured in the show and even uses vocals recorded by the cast members themselves.

“I really hope people enjoy playing it as much as I did working with such a talented and passionate development team as PaperSeven.”

The game is available for download from Apple’s app store.
