A net revenue figure for February and a break-down of the estimated TV contractor shares are now available on MediaTel. We are now also providing separate revenue figures for ITV and Channel 4. In addition, February Costs Per Thousands are available – please note that they are no longer based on ITV & Ch4 combined, but on ITV only.
Estimates of contractor revenue share bode well for LWT, which rose 0.71% points on last year to 13.35%. Carlton experienced a slight drop of 0.03% points to 15.03%. Meridian fared badly compared to TVS’s performance last year, at 10.88% compared to 11.57%.
Westcountry also failed to do as well as its predecessor, falling 0.28% on TSW’s 2.47% to 2.19%. Yorkshire Tyne Tees Television gained a share of 11.46% compared to a combined total for the two separate stations last year of 11.23%, 8.12% (Yorkshire) and 3.11% (Tyne Tees).
