New tool aims to simplify social media content management

Following its public début at this year’s Media Playground, social media management business Content Calendr has launched today after a successful four month pilot with NOW TV.

Designed to help businesses manage the planning, creation, editing and publishing of content for social media more effectively, Content Calendr aims to be the “go-to social media platform” for enterprise level organisations.

“It’s incredibly exciting to be launching Content Calendr after successfully piloting it with the team at NOW TV, their input has been extremely helpful in shaping the product,” said founder Alex Packham.

“Content calendars are the cornerstone to any business’ social media management process, and we aim to make the entire practice of social media management substantially more efficient for organisations of all sizes.”

Content Calendr was one of four start-ups to give pitches to an audience at 2015’s Media Playground last week, which worked with The Accelerator Network to showcase the best new media start-ups.
