Twitch hires Inskin’s Fran Cowan

Amazon-owned live streaming platform Twitch has hired Fran Cowan as its first director of advertiser marketing, EMEA.

In her new role, Cowan will be charged with developing the Twitch brand from a B2B perspective and raising the profile of its sales proposition.

Cowan joins with over 14 years’ experience in the events, media and digital advertising space. Most recently she served as CMO for British adtech company Inskin Media, where she spent six and a half years and was responsible for its global marketing, communications and research strategy.

She was also previously a founding marketer at Myspace International, and continues in her role as VP of marketing at the International Advertising Association (IAA) UK.
