Media Leaders Lunch: top editors to go head-to-head

The Science Museum’s new venue, Illuminate

Editors of three of the UK’s leading national newsbrands, the Daily Mirror, The Telegraph and The Times, are coming together on one panel for Mediatel’s Media Leaders Lunch next week.

Former Financial Times and BBC journalist Raymond Snoddy, who fronts Mediatel News’ weekly ‘Media Leaders‘ newsletter, will be interviewing Daily Mirror editor Alison Phillips, The Times‘ deputy editor Emma Tucker, and the Telegraph‘s associate editor Camilla Tominey during the post-lunch panel.

Representing three newsbrands with very different points of view, the editors will discuss and debate a mix of highly-charged media, business and political themes under Chatham House Rule.

Hosted by Mediatel News and sponsored by Newsworks and Rezonence, the Media Leaders Lunch will also host industry heavyweights Tracey De Groose and Jan Gooding on a panel chaired by Mediatel News’ editor David Pidgeon, in front of an audience of media leaders from agencies, brands and media owners.

The lunch is to be held at the Science Museum’s stunning new venue, Illuminate, in London on September 18. A limited number of seats are still available – more information about booking can be found here.
