The Future 100 Club Class of 2024 revealed

The Future 100 Club Class of 2024 has been revealed as we spotlight the wave of media trailblazers for the third year.

The entire media ecosystem of media agencies, media owners, advertisers and tech businesses are represented as we again saw a record number of entries received, once again creating a nearly impossible job of whittling down to the final 100 for our panel of judges.

Omar Oakes, editor-in-chief of The Media Leader, who has been a judge since the incarnation of The Future 100 Club in 2022, agreed that this year’s cohort continued the trend displaying an extremely high standard, with an incredible amount of talent not only making the final cut, but also giving the judges a major headache when it came to those who just missed out.

He said: “This year’s cohort has it all: killer salespeople, genius strategists, unflappable journalists and multitalented entrepreneurs.

“If our industry’s future relies on strong foundations, then you only need to look at this year’s Future 100 to be assured of how bright media will continue to shine.”

Diverse media professionals

Unlike other groupings of rising stars or future leaders lists, The Future 100 Club does not discriminate on age, time spent in the industry, or current job title.

The judges were asked to assess the entrants on their evidence of displaying the core values of disruption, innovation, courage and excellence, resulting in bringing together the most diverse group of media professionals.

The Class of 2024 come from some of the most influential media organisations and advertisers in the industry, including AudienceProject, Bauer Media Group, Channel 4, Dentsu, Digital Cinema Media, EssenceMediacom, Freewheel, GroupM, Havas Media Network, Hearst, Heineken, Ipsos, JCDecaux, KFC, Kraft Heinz, LinkedIn, Mail Metro Media, Mindshare, OMD, Omnicom Media Group, Pinterest, Publicis Groupe, SamsungAds, Spark Foundry, The IPA, the7stars, Total Media, UM, Wavemaker, WeTransfer, and Zenith.

The Future 100 will be celebrated on day 2 of The Future of Media London on 9 October as we host a special 90-minute session dedicated to spotlighting talent from the previous two cohorts. The new class will also receive special benefits over the next 12 months through tickets to our events, invitations to speak on stage, and to contribute to articles on The Media Leader.

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated or entered, and a massive congratulations to The Class of 2024.
