City AM Expands With Largest Ever Supplement

City AM Living Cover London’s newest free morning newspaper, CITY A.M, is to cash in on the return of big bonuses in the financial world with a its largest stand-alone supplement to date, offering 39 pages of property advertising to target the Capital’s highest earning professionals.

The CITY A.M. Living supplement will hit the capital’s streets on 1st December, carrying advertising from property developers and estate agents aiming to attract spending from those looking to invest their big year-end bonuses.

“The interest from property advertisers and their agencies has been amazing for this special supplement,” explained Tracey Newbery, head of London sales at the newspaper. “The wave of expectation about a return to bumper bonus payments is sweeping the City and the property business is keen to win a share of the high-earners’ investment income.

“Relaxation of the personal pension rules next year will also stimulate property investment and this has also been a factor. CITY A.M. is perfectly targeted at the high-spending professionals that property advertisers want to reach.”

Those advertising in the supplement include Ballymore, St James, Berkeley Homes, Barrett, George Wimpey and Knight Frank.

The expanded City A.M. Living builds on the paper’s success with the supplement so far, following its launch earlier this year as the title’s first brand extension, just weeks after hitting the capital’s streets (see City AM Expands Within Weeks Of Launch).
