Wanadoo Makes Way For Orange

Wanadoo Logo UK ISP Wanadoo will become Orange in a re-branding exercise by France Telecom costing an estimated £130 million.

As part of the plan to homogenise the brand, there will be advertising campaigns across the media platforms to say goodbye to Wanadoo and welcome Orange. Three variants of the ads have been created to market the combined services’ different aspects of information, entertainment and communications.

Advertising agency Fallon is behind the new campaign and was appointed to the combined account after France Telecom held a pan-European advertising review and moved the business into the Publicis Group.

The move could mean that the company has further plans for Orange, such as a possible move towards VoIP services.
