Vote For The Top Media Story Of 2006

MediaTel Group NewsLine, the top source for media news and views, is conducting a poll to find out the key news event of the year.

Launching in the middle of next week, subscribers will be able to vote on a selection of the top stories from 2006, and have until the end of the first week in January to cast their votes and make their voices heard.

The stories that shaped the current media landscape are all covered in the poll, from the drawn out saga following Charles Allen’s departure from the head of the table at ITV, to the freesheet war which rages on in the country’s capital.

However, only one story can emerge victorious from the melee and subscribers will choose which one shall be crowned as the defining media event of the year.
