TSW Decides To Go To House Of Lords

Following a board meeting today, TSW has decided to pursue an appeal to the House of Lords against the ITC’s decision to reject their franchise application.

TSW’s decision was taken “in view of the importance of the case to TSW and the shortcomings in the ITC’s decision- making process.”

It is hoped that the House of Lords will be able to hear the case later this month.
