Bauer Media campaign to promote Jacob’s Creek and Australia

Australia Bauer Media and Jacob’s Creek have announced a multi-platform campaign to promote the vineyard’s association with upcoming movie Australia.

The ‘Our Favourite Places’ campaign will consist of print, radio and online activity across the brands Magic 105.4, Grazia, Empire, and the Big City Network.

The campaign, brokered by Jess Subra and Toby Evea at Vizeum with Bauer Media, will last for one month.

Online activity will see Bauer Media create a Jacob’s Creek and Australia-branded online community where visitors can win tickets to Jacob’s Creek vineyards in Australia and an exclusive party and a screening of the film.

Radio activity will include sponsored editorial, advertorials, interviews and competitions on Magic 105.4, while the Big City Network will support this activity with advertorials across Bauer Media’s network of 20 local radio stations.

Both Grazia and Empire will also carry print advertorials including competitions in both magazines to drive consumers to the Jacob’s Creek competition microsite.

The creative for the campaign came from Bauer Media’s ‘Task Force’ group, a new initiative that utilises the creative forces from across the business to think up new ideas, with the winning idea being presented to the client.
