Monkey To Get interactive Website

Monkey To Get interactive Website

Monkey Logo Monkey, the digital men’s magazine from Dennis Publishing, is to get its own interactive website.

Launching on April 30, the website (www.monkeymag.co.uk) will be centred around the same type of video clips as the ones found in Monkey, and will allow readers to post ratings and exchange comments on them.

The website will also offer daily content not found in the magazine, competitions and exclusive chances for readers to vote for what they want to see featured in upcoming issues.

Advertiser opportunities on the Monkey website will be built into the creative solutions offering by the Dennis advertising team.

Richard Downey, publisher of Monkey, said: “The launch of the Monkey website is an integral part of growing the Monkey brand. We want the website to really add value to the reader’s Monkey experience, hosting fresh content and providing a way for readers to share their own comments, and ratings.

Monkey is all about interaction and this site is a really important part of that. It will be an extension to the weekly magazine, keeping the conversation going with our readers between each issue.”

Monkey, which launched in November 2006, recently launched a mobile TV channel (see Dennis Launches Monkey Mobile TV Channel), highlighting content from the digital magazine as well as bespoke content created for mobile.
