Duncan George Leaves Platform-A

WPP Logo Duncan George, head of agency sales at Platform-A, has left the company.

George joined in late 2007 as AOL’s head of agency sales, and took on the expanded role when AOL restructured its commercial operations around its ad-targeting business Platform-A in the middle of last year.

Prior to joining AOL, George was commercial director of GCap Media, having also held the role of managing director of national sales for GCap, where he led the merger of sales teams at Capital Radio and GWR in 2005.

He also has a background in print media, having worked on IPC Media’s music title NME, the Evening Standard and the Racing Post, before joining Capital Radio.
