Lowe And Interpublic Settle Legal Dispute

The legal battle between Sir Frank Lowe and Interpublic Group (IPG), his former employer, has finished with an out of court settlement.

IPG filed a claim against Lowe after his breakaway launch of Red Brick Road in January last year, following which he won the Tesco advertising business from Lowe London, valued at £45 million .

IPG’s claim, filed with the American Arbitration Association, accused Lowe of using proprietary information to destabilise his former employer.

Lowe denied this and began a civil law suit in New York’s state Supreme Court which accused IPG of defaming him.
