European Firms To Increase Investment Of Web Services
European firms will invest upwards of E2.5 million to implement strategic web services in 2003, with 84% of companies increasing their web services budgets, according to new research from Forrester Research.
During 2003, execs surveyed by Forrester said that they plan to use web services throughout their enterprise, not just for a single process. Customer relationship management (CRM) tops the list of priorities, with 57% planning this.
