National Press Round-Up – November

The Times continued to increase sales in November, recording a growth of 16.08% year on year. This growth far outstripped that of other titles in the sector: the Financial Times increased by 1.35% while the Guardian grew by 0.41%. The Independent‘s sales however continued to fall, dropping by 9.62%.

Using year on year comparisons the Express continues to lose sales. In November it fell 3.97% while the Daily Mail grew to 2.083 million. The Daily Star was the only title in the whole popular sector to register an increase in sales in November, growing 1.85% year on year while the Sunday Mirror had relatively large drop, falling 4.79% to 2.444 million.
