The British radio station talkSPORT has agreed a new partnership deal with Sirius XM Radio, which will see flagship talkSPORT programmes broadcast live to 21 million satellite radio subscribers across America.

The arrangement commences this Saturday (13 August) as the 2011/2012 Premier League season gets under way.

Under the terms of the deal, SiriusXM’s existing weekend coverage of the Premier League will be extended to include the Weekend Sports Breakfast and the new talkSPORT show The Press Pass, as well as the stations rugby coverage Full Contact.

The American audience will be broadcast live football from the weekend and a selection of other material from the UK station, including the breakfast and drive time shows.

In between these programmes repeats will be broadcast. All broadcasts will be live from the UK and will also feature call in shows after live games.
