The latest ABC figures show that the Evening Standard‘s circulation dropped 1.3% year on year in March, leaving the evening paper with a total circulation of around 280,500.
The afternoon freesheet thelondonpaper saw its distribution remain static year on year, at almost 600,000 copies, while rival title the London Lite was up 1.2% to around 400,500.
Morning business freesheet City AM also saw its distribution increase over the year to the end of March, up 7.5% to around 104,500 copies.
The Metro (London), meanwhile, was down by 1.2% to around 733,000 copies.
