Adwanted Group accelerates digital shift with acquisition of Teeps

Adwanted Group, parent of The Media Leader, has announced its 10th acquisition with Teeps, a specialist in digital audience activation.
The move follows the integration of MediaSpecs in December 2024.
It marks another step forward in the digital transformation of Adwanted, which was historically rooted in traditional media such as TV, radio, OOH and print.
Founded in 2016, Teeps has established itself as a leading player in audience activation on social networks, particularly Meta. Through advanced technology combining AI, machine learning and scoring algorithms, the company optimises the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
Already well-established internationally, Teeps generates a third of its revenue in the US and has around 15 employees.
Emmanuel Debuyck, CEO of Adwanted, said the acquisition represents a strategic opportunity: “We had a certain visibility with our traditional media offerings, all of which have developed digital activity.
“With this acquisition, we will strengthen our expertise in digital and position ourselves against major market players. This 10th aquisition also brings us closer to our objective of an IPO within three to four years.”
Fabrice Berger Duquene, founder of Teeps, added: “Joining Adwanted will allow us to scale up and accelerate our international development, relying on a group solidly established in Europe and the US.
“We bring our digital expertise, while Adwanted provides us with an unparalleled tool in the market. Beyond technical synergies, we share a common culture where human beings occupy a central role.”
With the acquisition, Adwanted continues its ambition for expansion, with a target of €30m in revenue in 2025. Present in 23 countries, the group has 160 employees and is a key player in data collection.
