BT TV is updating its YouView and Vision+ user interfaces in a bid to make it easier and faster for viewers to use.
The move comes in response to customer feedback and research, which was conducted to help shape the redesign.
New features will include more intuitive navigation, quicker links to recent activity on the homepage and a new colour palate.
“Our update is more than just a makeover,” said Alex Green, director of BT TV. “It will improve the performance of BT TV for customers, making navigation easier and faster.
“This follows out move from the BT Vision brand to simply using the BT master brand to cover our TV services.”
The update will be rolled out to YouView box customers in July and BT Vision+ customers in the autumn.
