US internet advertising specialist company, BURST! Media, looks set to list on the London markets, reflecting the continuing strength of the online advertising market.
According to a report in today’s
Times, the company has already hired British advisors, with plans to float later this year.
It is understood that BURST! Media could make a statement in the next few weeks on its plans for an initial public offering.
BURST! is responsible for placing adverts on websites, helping advertisers to manage and measure their campaign. Currently it achieves more than four billion advertising impressions for over 2,000 web publishers each month.
BURST! is not the only US company thought to be seeking a listing on the UK markets, with The Times saying that a number of similar internet advertising groups are thought to be holding similar discussions about making the move.
