GCap Announces Multi-Station Intel Promotion

Radio GCap Media has announced a multi-station deal with Intel starting at the end of October and running until the end of December which will promote Intel Centrino Duo processor technology. The multimedia activity will run across the Xfm, Classic FM, Choice and Capital 95.8 websites.

The campaign will see Xfm and Classic FM present a series of weekly exclusive videos of top bands and classical artists called Watch and Download.

The series kicks off on www.xfm.co.uk with a behind the scenes look at the Pigeon Detectives in the studio as well as on the set of their new video I Found Out. Users will also have the chance to win the superhero costumes featured in the new video.

Simultaneously, on www.classicfm.com, users will be able to catch an exclusive glimpse of Alfie Boe in Italy before his studio album release. On both sites, users will be able to either watch or download the video content every week free of charge, powered by Intel Centrino Duo.

Classic FM will also offer a unique online-only programme called Classic FM Arts Daily. Showcasing the wealth of arts events taking place across the UK and around the world, the free 30 minute programme will be available to download every morning from 6.30am at www.classicfm.com/artsdaily thanks to the Intel deal.

Finally, for the first time ever, users of www.choicefm.com and www.classicfm.com will be offered the chance to listen and download interviews with some of the artists who have graced their studios over the years. Interviews available will include Pavarotti, Sting, 50 Cent, and J-Lo.

All users on all sites will have the opportunity of winning laptops with Intel Centrino Duo processor technology inside.

Bespoke activity which will run on www.capitalradio.co.uk is to be announced later this month and will go live in November.
