Marketing services group Havas has reported a 15% fall in like-for-like revenue at its UK operation in the second quarter.
Overall, Vincent Bollore’s company saw organic revenue growth decline by 9.2% in Q2, while first half revenues were down 8.5% on a like-for-like basis to €700 million.
In the UK, Havas reported a 15% fall in organic revenues in Q2, with a drop of 8.9% in the first half.
Revenues in North America were down 11.8% in Q2 and 10.5% in the first half.
There was some good news, however, with the company’s French business seeing a 0.3% rise in revenue in Q2, although it was down 2.6% for the first six months of the year.
The firm’s digital businesses had a good six months, enjoying 5% organic growth, said Havas.
