Rachel Arch will be joining the IAB, the industry body for online advertising, as its first head of partnerships, whilst Tom Stevens joins as its first head of marketing.
Arch joins from Teads, where she was head of programmatic & business development in the UK. She will be responsible for expanding the IAB’s membership base, while bringing a commercial focus to the body’s events, training and venue hire offering.

Meanwhile, Stevens joins from Radiocentre, where he was also head of marketing. He also currently volunteers as director marketing for Pride in London, the annual LGBT pride festival and parade.
In his new role, Stevens will report to CMO James Chandler, and will build a new marketing team in order to raise the profile of the IAB and ensure online advertising is fairly represented among its core audiences.
“As the IAB grows and the advertising landscape becomes more complex, combining Rachel’s commercial focus with Tom’s creativity and strategic approach to marketing will drive further value for the organisation, its members and the wider advertising industry,” said Jon Mew, CEO of the IAB UK.
“I can’t wait to see the impact they and their teams will have.”
