IPC Appoints Yonish As New Creative Director

IPC Logo IPC Advertising has appointed Keith Yonish as its new director of creative solutions, poaching the award-winning ad boss from his previous position as creative director at Independent Solutions.

Yonish will take responsibility for all advertorial, sponsorship and special projects across the publisher’s weekly magazines, as well as working toward a cross-company brief to drive creative thinking across the company, taking responsibility for IPC Creative, the company’s centralised creative ad design resource, which was launched late last year.

Welcoming the appointment IPC Advertising managing director, Caroline McDevitt, said: “Keith has a great pedigree in successfully pulling together innovative ideas and making them happen across platforms. He will be a major new asset to the IPC Advertising senior team. His appointment to this new role – and the recent appointment of Ian Tournes to the new role of group trading director – underline IPC’s on-going commitment to investing in those areas of our business where we can truly add value to our agency partners and clients.”

Yonish added: “Marketers are under increasing pressure to give their brands a strong identity that stands out from the clutter. The demand for creativity, fresh thinking – and most importantly innovation, was one of the attractions of coming to IPC.

“IPC Creative already has an amazing pool resources equipped to create and deliver dynamic communication ideas for commercial partners. There will be no limit to the creative solutions IPC can offer across its huge portfolio, alone or with other media owners.”
