ISBA launches guide to working with digital agencies

ISBA Logo Advertiser body ISBA is producing a new guide to give clients a better understanding of how to work with digital agencies.

ISBA has worked with two leading digital agencies, Dare and i-level, to produce the 50-page guide for its members.

Launched next Monday at a special seminar for more than 100 advertisers, it will look into the key differences between dealing with digital and offline marketing services and advise broadly on digital agency pitches and negotiations.

Andrew Walmsley, founder and deputy chairman of i-level, said: “Digital has become a powerful channel to market for many businesses, but it’s a complex field with a massive gulf between best and average practice.

“This guide seeks to give marketers the skills and knowledge they need to make informed decisions in hiring the best agencies.”

Christina Nilsson, ISBA’s consultancy manager, said: “The guide is the result of a lot of hard work assessing clients’ needs. And because we worked with two top digital agencies it will give advertisers some real insider knowledge and arm them with the right questions to get the maximum value out of working relationships with their digital agencies.”
